Send email with multiple attachments using a SharePoint library - get file properties failed

Hi all,

I am having difficulties with my Flow - I keep getting an error - Get file properties failed. I have multiple documents  (.PDF) in a SharePoint folder that I want to attach to an email. For some reason it won't detect them - is my flow built correctly?

Thanks,

G

    Hi @Gerard2

I’ve made a test on my side and the flow has run successfully.

There is some problems in your flow.

If your ‘Get attachments’ step doesn’t get an error, then it indicates that the content you put in ‘List or Library Name’ is a list name and not a library name in ‘When an item or a file is modified’ trigger, as below:

But ‘Get file properties’ can only be used for a file/folder in a library. So if you use the ID for an item in a list to get file properties which should be in library, you will get an error.

If the problem still exists, please feel free to let me know. And could you take a screenshot of the detailed errors?

Fixed it - I'll post the fix later.

The other problem I have now is that I want to have two attachment arrays - one from a specific SharePoint document library and the other from another SharePoint document library in the attachment section of 'Send an email from a Shared Mailbox'.
When I put the two arrays in there I get an error.

    Thanks so much,

    Gerard
