Issue Description:
In my environment, there is a Power App form where users can upload their receipt files. After submitting the request, a Power Automate flow is triggered automatically. This setup was functioning correctly until approximately 6 days ago. Within the flow, there is an action titled "Merge document array to PDF".

The flow now consistently fails with the following error message:
Bad Request 400

"No files have been provided, please provide one or more files"
],
