Sign in with Username and Password if Office365 is logged in

I have an app for time off requests.  Currently, it shows the employee's time left based on the Office 365 user that is signed in.

My situation is: I have 2 email accounts that multiple people share.  How do I filter that if these 2 accounts are logged in, and  on select of the time off request button it redirects them to sign in using a username/password.  I only want this to redirect if email1 and email2 are signed in.  If email3 signs in I want it to bypass the additional login screen

Thank you

Although there are ways to do this, you should know that sharing accounts (licenses) is a violation of the license agreement. Each distinct user is required to have their own account and license. So I would reconsider this design.
