Add Look Up values to a Column

I am trying to copy  Sharepoint List Lookup Column to another List.  I know these are controlled by IDs.  I can get a string with just the IDs but the Update files.

I have tried separating them by putting in ;  and even #ID; but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know what the proper format is?

Thanks

Jennifer

    @jkeckard007 :

    Is your issue that you have a multi-select lookup column and need to copy those values to the new list entry?
