Powerapps shared notes -> Rich text editor and HTML Viewer -> Causing double patches

Hey,

I am creating a shared notes section in my PowerApps, that connects to a long form text area in a SP List.

During testing when I submit the note, it does go to the SP list successfully one time, But , the HTML viewer is showing multiple entries.

I had a seperate flow on the same SP list that ran on 'modified' and even turning it off, I am still getting these double postings.

I followed this guide to create the html viewer

Does anybody have any ideas?

It seems the flow you created following the guidance is fine, could you please share the formula that OnSelect property of the save icon?

    Hi @mcnemare1 ,

You have combined the previous stored note&comments with current HTML texts, and this is why you can see two same comments. Please remove varRecord.'Notes / Comments' from the Patch function and try again.

    Best regards,
