Questions on sharing an app

Is it possible to have an app that can be accessible to anyone, without sharing?

I have a form that I want available to all of our sales reps. We have a very large amount of reps and they change all the time. I'm just trying to figure out a way to have this available to all without having to update the share list every day.

Is it possible to share with everyone at my company some easy way? Is it possible to share with a group email and everyone in that group email would have access?

By the way my form is built off of a SP list in case that's important. Would all the users also need access to the SP site? I'd really like to avoid that.

Just a newb trying to figure this all out!

Thank you!

As long as they have Office 365 licenses you can share with the group 'everyone except external users'.  You can also share with a security group in Office 365 assuming your sales people are all members of a group. And if you are using SharePoint, then yes all the users will also need Contribute or Edit access to the list. You can also do that using the same everyone or security group in SharePoint.

@pstork thank you for the info!

I am very, very new at this. We would be using O365. Can you confirm where in powerapps I would go to set up the "Everyone except external users" you mentioned?

You don't need to setup anything.  The everyone group is built-in.  Just go to Share on the File menu when editing the app.  When the Share dialog appears start typing 'Everyone..' and you should be prompted with the group. I just tried it and it appears that they've updated the group name to now be 'Everyone in tenantname'
