Hi,

I'm creating a flow to automatically sent Teams meeting invitation to user who join the company by getting data from SharePoint List.

So, the meeting start date and time i want to add (if the date join is before 15th of the month, then its on 2nd Monday of the month at 10:00AM-10:30AM. But if the date join after 15th, the date will be 4th Monday of the month).

Is there any possibilities to add it ?

    Hi @jm81klp,

    Do you want to create Teams meeting according to the Date in SP list?
    If the date is before 15th of the month, set the start time at the 2nd Monday of the month?
    If the date is after 15th, set the start time as 4th Monday of the month?

    I did some test according to your requirements.

    Dear Kyrie,

    Thanks for your tips, but i want to understand the flow first. From the flow Initialize StartOfMonth to Initialize 1st Monday, how it can capture the days ? i mean how it gets that 1 is on Monday ? how about the 1 is other that Monday ?

    Hi @jm81klp,

    The effect of Do Until action is that loop from the start day of the month increment by one day,

    and If the day is monday return the date of that day.

    That is how it gets the date of the first monday.

    This method will allow you to select whatever next dates you want.

    For your scenario I would probably just set the Filter array to get all dates of the 2nd or 4th mondays of the month, then take the 1st date returned which will be the 2nd monday if today’s date is before the 2nd monday & will be the 4th monday if today’s date is after the 2nd monday.

    Filter array expression

    and(equals(item()['DayOfWeek'],1), or(equals(item()['WeekOfMonth'],2),equals(item()['WeekOfMonth'],4)))
