Microsoft Forms Responses Create Multiple Tasks

I have created a Microsoft Form that has 6 different questions. There are the following types of questions.

2 Yes/ NO

3 Fill in with Text

1 where they can choose anywhere from 1 to 6 (Even All of them)

The Data is being saved in a SharePoint list. I already have a flow that creates the Board, Buckets, tasks, and checklist. I send an email to the user with a link to the form and when they submit it add it to a list. I can get one to create a task, but I would like to create a task for each question. The tasks will go to different buckets and be assigned to different groups. The buckets and groups are static. I already have the Bucket ID, Plan ID, and Task ID. I feel like an array needs to be used, but I'm fairly new and not real sure how I would proceed if that is the best way to go.

Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Tony
