How to unblock the conversation with the bot?

    Hi,
     
    Could you check in sender's teams for the bot- whether the following option is seen as shown below
     
     
    If yes - it means user has blocked conversation with bot thus cannot send messages either , so to unblock it, click on unblock bot conversation.
