Oracle Execute Stored procedure - procedures and packages not visible

I'm trying to use the Oracle Execute stored procedure option and I've successfully connected to my Oracle db but the list of procedures that appears are Oracle system, for example Apex, related.  I've checked with the dba and they've made sure the correct synonyms are set up for the user I'm connecting with but I still can't see the stored procedures.

Is this likely to be permissions and if so can anyone help advise what I need to check or could it be a gateway/Power Automate issue?

A further update, the procedures I am seeing are those where execute privilege is granted to PUBLIC for the  procedures owned by the Oracle Application Express product schema, (for example, APEX_05000).

Does anyone know why I might be seeing these procedures rather than the ones the user I'm connecting with?
