Use AI model to extract information from documents in a SharePoint library

Hello all!

I've successfully trained an AI model to extract information from a PDF document. The flow works by manually triggering the flow, uploading the PDF file and in return it creates a SharePoint list item.

How can I use the same model to extract information from ALL files in a SharePoint library?

Hi @VL_Philadelphia

Here is the sample flow.

Use "Get files properties" to fetch the properties of files present in SharePoint library: Set the source URL, Library name & folder (if required):

Next, add "Get file content" action to get the content of a file. Pass the identifier from dynamic content as shown below. The flow will automatically add loop & wrap "Get file content" action inside it:

Finally, inside the loop add AI builder action and pass the file content to it from dynamic content window:

Thank you for your help @ManishSolanki, I was able to use the file content from the dynamic content window as 'Form' in the step Extract Information from Documents.
