Hello,
Question:
What time zones should I select when scheduling a meeting via both the Teams and Outlook connectors in each of the following three Australian locations: Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney? Would the time zone selection change during the year due to daylight savings time?
Issue:
Scheduling meetings to our offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney has been tricky because of my unfamiliarity with their time zones (I'm in the U.S.) and because the Teams and Outlook connectors do not contain identical Australian time zone selections - at least that's how it seems.
Background:
I've built a global meeting scheduler in Power Apps which triggers a flow that does the scheduling via Teams or Outlook, depending on the user's selection. The user also indicates the location of the meeting, which could be at any one of our offices in the world, which per a lookup table determines the appropriate time zone to place within the Teams/Outlook connector.
