Couldn't able to share PowerApps Access to the users

Hi,

I created a simple PowerApps to collect the Excel attachment with help of MS work flow.

I couldn't able to share access to the users, while am trying to share the page will be loading only.

I have to share the access to the user could you please help me to get this issue fixed.

Hi @Anbu1 ,

Are you facing this issue in the Microsoft tenant Default environment? I believe this may be caused by some limitations on the Default environment as I face the same issue when attempting to share from there.

I'm currently only been able to share apps in other environments created in the MS tenant. Maybe you can attempt doing something similar?

I have Published in MS Personal Production. I implemented in production. without Changing the link how can I fix this. Could you please tell me some alternate way to fix this.

Just attempted now to repro and appears to be fine on my end.

When was the app created, was it recently? If so I would advise the following:

Test the share in different browsers

Confirm if cookies are enabled in browser (including 3rd party)

Clear cache and attempt same execution in incognito mode.

If with this you still face this issue, unless the app is recent (which then i would advise to wait a few days, as mine now is able to be shared). My suggestion would be to reach us via support ticket so we can investigate what is going on here in more detail.

Yes, this Apps was created recently (one Month), Still I couldn't able to share the access. Is there any way to share this PowerApps to everyone like Microsoft employee and Microsoft Vendor (MS Person/ V-ID/ A-ID etc). Initially I granted access to the Everyone in Microsoft group but it not works. please give me some solution or make this Apps open for all. Actually this Apps is created for Global process am getting so many request but I couldn't able to give access. Please help me
