When a Time Off request is created, updated or deleted trigger is not working - I wish clarification on Microsoft documentation

Hello,

The trigger "When a Time Off request is created, updated or deleted" is not working for me and two of my colleagues.

As per Microsoft documentation, it says:

Known issues and limitations with triggers: Triggers are not supported in the GCC region.

Source:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/shifts/#triggers

I just wish to clarify what does it mean the GCC region?  Does it mean the GCC license/plan?

What is Microsoft 365 GCC?

"GCC" stands for Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) and is a Microsoft Platform as a Service (PaaS) built on Azure Commercial infrastructure but is separated from Commercial Office 365 to coincide with Microsoft's accreditation boundary.

I think it refers to the GCC license because I found another Microsoft post that talks about GCC region and it seems for connectivity purposes, it is considered a region.

Can someone confirm if my understanding is correct and explain me more about this restriction/limitation?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to Advanced settings.

    Hi @anamaria2024 ,

If you access powerapps portal(make.powerapps.com), you will find the option called 'Advanced Settings'.

    Best Regards,
