Run an HTML address that is inside a variable

Hello,

 

I have a flow that set a variable with an Address that is used to release direct access to a Security group. Since I have 23 groups, the flow choose the group accordingly the request and update a Variable with the correspondent link. 

 

I need to execute this link to finalize the request. How can I do that? I didn't found any execute Var or run.
