Automatically save emails and attachments from outlook to teams channel or onedrive

Hi 

 

As the title suggests i would like to automatically save emails from a set of senders from outlook to teams channel or onedrive for business.  either in outlook message format or pdf.

 

any help would be appreciated

    Hello @Motherboard ,

    please follow these steps:

    1. Trigger: "When a new email arrives"; in the From field put the senders you want to filter and select "Yes" in the "Only with attachments" field:

    2. Add the "Get Attachment (V2)" action in order to grab all the attachments from the incoming email:

    The System will automatically create an "Apply to each" loop, cause it's not able to check how many attachments are present in the email;

    3. "Create file" using the OneDrive connector. For each attachment, PA will create a file in your specified path

    Hi Marco

     

    Thats Great thanks.  Will this display the body of the email or just the attachment?  Ideally I would like both

    HI @Motherboard85 ,

    it will display only the attachments. If you want to grab also the email body, I suggest you first to convert the Html to text with the following Action:
