Post a message in MS Teams as Power Virtual Agents

I'm trying to post a message in teams as a bot with Power Automate, but my published bot (with Power Virtual Agents) does not appear at the dynamic content:

I tried to paste the link of the chatbot and didn't work too:

Which value should I input at the action in order to invoke the chatbot at MS Teams?

Kind regards,

    Hi @gaa_ges ,

Please add it into your teams app and don't forget to install it for yourself.

    Hi @v-xiaochen-msft

I was using Power Virtual Agents from Teams, and that action was the one failing, the other actions with Teams connector are working fine.

    Hi @gaa_ges ,

Team members must install the pva app first if you want to use this pva chat with them.

@v-xiaochen-msft and pva is installed, the bot published, and nothing is appearing at the dynamic content.

It may be not working just because is a preview? Because I need to choose the bot if I want to use it, I didn't find the issue when running but when building the flow.

    Hi @gaa_ges ,

At my knlowledge,  you should create a bot on pva website instead of creating it in teams PVA app. They're a little different.

    https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/publication-add-bot-to-microsoft-teams

This document shows how to create a bot and how to install it.

    Hello @v-xiaochen-msft

Finally I got the PVA license so I can do this test. In this case, I'm able to select the chatbot:

    gaa_ges_0-1666702117771.png

But in this case, the error is coming in run time:

    gaa_ges_1-1666702234183.png

    {"id":"","messageLink":"","error":"Error converting value \"\" to type 'Microsoft.CCI.OnlineEngine.VirtualAgent.ServiceContracts.Models.ProactiveActiveChatCondition'. Path 'activeChat'. RequestId : 1c148006-b9ea-4947-8614-3b5263c74774"}

Do you know which is the error in this moment?

    Hello @AK15,

I was not able to do it, because I'm using a trial license so I can't open a support ticket.
