How do I get my Dataverse table to update when using a radio button and how do I get the error message to go away when selected?

I have this radio button with two issues. One is that I can't seem to figure out what I need to enter into the Update field. No matter what I have tried I get an error message.

The second issue is the error checking. When the form loads neither of the radio buttons is selected. When I go and submit I get the error as expected. Problem is, when I select a radio button, the error message doesn't go away. Any ideas?

    Hi @futr_vision ,

What field do you want to update? Choice? Text? Yes or No?

Please try to remove the data card and let form generate it automatically.

    Best Regards,

The field in the Dataverse table is set up as a Yes/No filed (toggle). Is there a better option? I have no issues with changing the type. As for removing the datacard I've gone ahead and done that. I now have a dropdown with 'Yes' or 'No' as my options, but I prefer to keep the radio button if possible.
