Power Automate: Chrome Issues

Every time my UI flow gets to the step where it has to assume control of my chrome browser it throws up an error. I have tried creating new flows, using one main screen, rerecording the flow, checking the details of the flow to ensure it is clicking the right spots on the UI via the snippets, restarting the program, restarting my computer, redownloading the power automate chrome extension, redownloading power automate desktop, ensuring both extension and desktop power automate are the newest versions, and many other things. Any help would be appreciated! I also noted how the reviews on the chrome extension were very bad and 1 out of 5 stars.

    Hey @amanlutac

I have faced this issue in the past, the thing that worked for me was:

I clicked on the on error:

After that I opened the retry option and set it to repeat 5 times.

I hope this works for you as well.

That didn't work for me: Power Automate just can't get control of the Chrome Browser

    jbrue5_0-1668177654769.png

It seems to have coincided with a Windows 11 update...

I have deleted and reinstalled the Power Automate Chrome extension and still unsuccessful.

Chrome recently had an update.  I had updated PAD without updating Chrome and also could not get Chrome to attach.  Once I updated Chrome, it was fixed.

Thanks Michael but it appears my Chrome is up to date and Power Automate is not able to launch new Chrome

I'm facing the same problem. All PAD and Chrome are up to date.

Solved after reinstalling via MSI Installer from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/install
