Flow doesnt recognise certain files

Hello all,

I wonder if someone would be able to advise on an issue I am having with a flow that I have previously built that mostly runs successfully.

The basic function of the flow is that when a file is added to a folder on a specific server, the file is then copied and created in a OneDrive folder before being deleted from the folder on the server.

We have this flow set up on 3 folders on the server, which works fine on two of the folders, and mostly works fine on the third folder. All files are copied and moved as we would want them to. However, a lot of files are being missed by the flow in one of the folders and no error messages are being picked up. It as if the files are not being recognised by the flow at all.

The only thing I can see from the files that are not being moved by the flow is that the majority of them have a creation date of a few days before – for example, if a batch of files were placed in a folder on February 8th, the ones that are not being moved are likely to have been created on an earlier date, i.e February 2nd etc. All files are PDF files and are small in size (i.e. 250kb).

The flow has been created as below – Does anyone have any suggestions as to why certain files may not be picked up by the flow whilst others are moved without issue? I have checked the file sizes (small), format (PDF) and the flow error logs but it doesn’t show anything. I also considered that the delete function of the flow might not be working, but have since confirmed that the files are not being moved and appear to be not recognised by the flow. I am at a bit of a loss to understand why certain files would be moved but not others and the creation date is the only idea I have as to why the flow might not recognised the files. I am not sure what else I could check.

Any help that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated!
