I want to get current year, which I know will be

ReportformatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy')and then I want to create a date for January 1 of current year - 01/01/2023.
I'm not sure how to create the date though.
My goal is to filter a column in excel with ytd dates.
Figured out my solution....or so I think.
In Value, type 01/01/ formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy')
