Connect response of 2 forms in sharepoint

Dear all, I am currently stuck with a task where I have two forms that needs to be filled by two different persons. The form is about a Vacancy Request. Form A needs to be filled by the hiring manager and containts basic information like the department, disired starting date etc. Than a an e-mail will be send to the HR-Manager to fill the second form (Form B). Anyhow I hadn't been able to find a solution to get both form responses connected automatically. Right now I am asking to fill the response ID into the Form B and than I am able to connect. But a lot of times they make a typing error with the ID. Do you have any solution? Regards, Fabian

Hi @f_hahn ,

Perhaps you may consider using two SharePoint lists to record this information.

Then create a lookup column in one of the lists to establish the relationship between the two lists.

@v-bacao-msft thank you for your input. Thing is that I do not have data in form A and form B that can be linked by e.g. department.

Can I somehow pre-fill the fram B with the ID of form A?
