Office 365 - Outlook Connection Error

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to create a flow which saves attachment into a Sharepoint folder. However, the first step of the flow using the action "Office 365 Outlook - When a new email arrives" I get the following error:

Body{

  "status": 502,

  "message": "Request failed. Try again later.",

  "source": "127.0.0.1"

}

Any tips on how I can further troubleshoot this error?

Thanks,

Matthew

    If I may also add, the flow continues to fail every minute or so, and sometimes I get the above error and other times I get this User is not on Office 365. I can confirm that I am an Office 365 user though.

    Body

    { "status": 404, "message": "User account does not exist on Office 365.", "source": "127.0.0.1" }

    Upon some further research, I found that others have been experiencing the same issue, dating back to April. I haven't yet found a solution to this...is this actively been looked into or has a resolution been found yet?

    Hi Matthew,

    Do you have proper connection with Office 365 outlook? Did you try to create flows using other templates with Office 365 Outlook? When you try these templates, could you get User Account properly?

    I created a similar flow with you, but I didn’t get the error message “User account does not exist on Office 365”. Then I created another flow with the template below. When a file was created, an email was sent to my email address. I didn’t get any error about “User account does not exist on Office 365”.

    This is the link of the template:
    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/f202f581-4cb5-46e8-83db-99de912eb581/send-me-an-email-when-a-new-file-is-added-in-sharepoint-online/

    Please try with other templates to check your Office 365 connection. If you still get the error message, please check your connection with Office 365 outlook. To reproduce this case, please also provide a detailed screenshot of your flow.

    Best regards,

    I've been  experiencing this off and on since December 2016. Contacted Microsoft support and they tried a few things, but then gave up on me.

    I used one of the Flow Templates to set up an email notification when an item is added to a SharePoint list. Very basic and it won't work.

    Not really excited about Microsoft Flow.

    Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and errors with the "User Account does not exist"
