How to make specific item in SharePoint list read-only instead of whole list?

My purpose is once the item is approved (approval flow), then this item cannot be edited anymore, just can read-only to user. I tried blow setting but this makes the item even cannot be viewed in the list for user. Has any other solution? Thanks.

But we can make a SharePoint list to read only mode by replacing all permissions on it. Select All users >> Click on the “Edit User Permissions” button. This leads to the “Edit Permissions” page. Select “Read” from choose permission section and click on “OK”.

Thanks. But List can't be set read-only permission on it. Read-only is just for items which have been approved.

No idea how to set this in flow, I just modify setting in the List setting.
