Display image if label text matches condition

Is there a way to display an image if a label contains something that starts with "Out of office" but ending varies? For example "Out of office - half a day" or "Out of office - VC" ?

I tried the following on my image's visible property.

If(StartsWith("Out of office", ThisItem.Title), true, false)

but that won't this display my image

In the the Visible property

If(!IsBlank(Find("Out of Office",ThisItem.Title)),true,false))

You have your parameters backward.

The formula should be:

StartsWith(ThisItem.Title, "Out of office")

You don't need the If part and true and false as this function returns either true or false already.
