Sending mail to a shared mailbox

Hi

I'm building a flow where I get an error:

Error
Action 'Start_and_wait_for_an_approval_-_send_til_info@zzzzzzzzzzzz.com' failed
 
BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidApprovalCreateRequestAssignedToNoValidUsers'. Error Message: 'Required field 'assignedTo' contained no valid users in the organization'.

And that is correct, there is no user called "info", it is a shared mailbox in our organisation. 
 
Is it not possible to send the flow to a shared mailbox when you use the approval modul?

    You can send mails to shared mailboxes

     

    Approval requires an actual account
