flow does not recognize email

flow does not recognize email

 performed some tests on my flow and the error that appears in the attached image always occurs. From what we observed, there are some emails that are not accepted by the power automate platform. If you have a single email that is not supported, the full error stream. In the image written in Portuguese it says that the TO value is empty, but I have already checked all the email-s are written. I believe it's some emails that he doesn't read and generates this problem.

 

Can I not use this platform for activities involving external emails (Brazil and abroad)? Would you be able to solve this problem?

    In this Imagen in Portugues say: The email is null, but it's not! some correct emails are not appearing
