Hi, I trying to use the Power BI connector within Power Automate to download multiple dashboards into an excel and export it. I have a Power BI Pro license but I am getting the error: "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity". Is this a licensing issue or otherwise?

The error message "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity" indicates that the Power BI report you are trying to export is not hosted on a Premium or Embedded Capacity workspace. This is not directly related to your Power BI Pro license, but rather to the workspace where the report is hosted.

Upgrade to Premium Capacity: Go to the Power BI Admin Portal → Capacity Settings. Purchase and assign a Premium Capacity (P SKU) or Embedded Capacity (A SKU). Assign the workspace containing the reports to the Premium Capacity.

Hi, thank you for the help. Just to confirm to test this I have been using a sample dashboard, are you saying that if I use a Premium or Embedded Capacity workspace that this is possible? And is it only possible via a button or can I create this use case from Power Automate directly without any limitations?
