I am attempting to delete an environment created under the PowerApps trial licence.

I can see the environment in the PowerPlatform admin center.

But any attempt to delete the environment yields the above error (full message below)

"Unable to initiate deletion of the environment Test due to following errors. Please fix the errors and retry.

This AAD resource 'https://service.flow.microsoft.com/' has been disabled by tenant '[details removed by me]'. Please contact your tenant administrator for more details."

What steps are required to delete an environment?
