I want send a copy of flow from email group Address to seek the executives attention.
I there any way I can send a copy of flow using group email?

Export the flow and then send it as a zip file attached to the message from the group.

Sending flow as a copy to someone will enable them to activate and create that flow (and eventually own it). Currently Power Automate does not support a group owning a flow so the scenario you have mentioned is not achievable directly.
