I logged in to my microsoft live account. Then i tried to open my PowerApp in the same browser. It always shows 'The app didn't start correctly. Try refreshing your browser.'. If i open in Private window, then it asks for the credentials. It happens for all the users to whom i shared the app.. My Session ID: 0519deb6-61a6-8836-32c4-eda287cafb4c

After you changed to private mode, were you able to open your powerapps in the broswer?
Have you tried with other broswers? Have tried to clear the cache and then have a try? Is this only happening to one specific app or all?

In Edge, app is opening normally.
In Chrome, i am getting refresh token issue. I cleared both local and session storages. See image for console errors
In Chrome private browser, it asks for login and its working fine.
@v-monli-msft, Is there any update on session/refresh token issue in Chrome?
