Compose error when sending by email

Hi All,

I have a flow that takes the data and after going through an HTML generates a report. The HTML code is inside a compose, which is sent by email. The problem is that some recipients receive meaningless letters and numbers within the body of the email.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?.

My Flow:

What emails received with errors look like:

Thanks a lot¡.

Francisco

It looks like you are sending an image (which should be binary) and sending as HTML Text.

Here is a video I found how to send an image -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liM7IsLSztU

    Hi @365-Assist

Only part of the output of "Compose" is an image, so it shouldn't be the solution.

    Thanks,

When testing the Flow what does the output of the Compose show?

    Hi @365-Assist

The truth is, the flow does not give errors. The strange thing is that the flow sends the email to two users in my organization (both see the correct information), and to an external user who is the one who sees the email with an error (letters similar to a binary code). This happens in 30% of the reports sent, nor is it always.

    Thanks for youre help¡
