A Question about Power Automate Premium license

Hello, if anyone has information about the following issue, please provide it.

We purchased 20 Premium licenses for Power Automate and distributed them to 20 users. However, one of the users encountered an error when importing a flow:

"Flow save failed with code 'InvalidPacinationPolicy' and message 'The pagination policy of workflow run action Excel Online(Business) List rows present in a table of type 'OpenApiConnection' at line '1' and column '9934' is not valid. The value specified for property 'minimumItemsCount' exceeds the maximum allowed. Actual: '100000'. Maximum: '5000'.'

The cause of this error was that the Pagination Threshold for the Excel Online(Business) List rows present in a table action was set to 100,000. When we changed it to 5,000, the flow was imported successfully. However, we believe that this user should be able to set the Pagination Threshold to 100,000 since they have a Premium license. The other 19 users were able to import flows with a Pagination Threshold of 100,000 without any issues.

We also tested the Premium connector to ServiceNow with the user account that encountered the error and it was successful, which leads us to believe that the user has been granted a Premium license.

If anyone has any information regarding this error, please let us know. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi There,

The issue you're experiencing seems to be an inconsistency in the application of Premium license features for that specific user. Here's what you can do to rectify the situation.

Unassign the Premium license from the affected user. Wait for a few minutes to ensure the license has been fully revoked. Reassign the Premium license to the user.

Advise the user to clear their browser cache and cookies or use an incognito/private window to access Power Automate. Sometimes caching can lead to unexpected behavior.

After reassigning the license, ensure the user's license state is correctly reflected in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Check the specific connector's limitations in the user's Power Automate environment to ensure they match the Premium license capabilities.

Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks,

    Sandeep Mishra
