Pulling all data from all Jira cloud into SharePoint

We are migrating off of Jira and need to capture a snapshot of our Jira data into SharePoint. I have an filter to capture all data. Below is my flow. My question is what should my action be and will my JQL trigger work for this JQL (project is not EMPTY ORDER BY Project ASC)?

    Hi @jdlobue

One confusion, do you want to migrate all data from JIRA to sharepoint at once or only when item created in JIRA ?

    Thanks & Regards,

Thanks for your reply. All at once when I do the actual archive. Right now, I am testing so I'm using the once an item is created in Jira as the trigger. What trigger do you suggest when I want to migrate all data at once, and are you able to help w/ the other questions? Thanks.

    Hi @jdlobue

When you want to move all the existing items from JIRA to SharePoint, you have to use either use a manually trigger flow which runs based on user's trigger or scheduled flow which runs on a scheduled manner.

    See below

    Scheduled flow

I hope you have to use Get list of issues to get all issues in the JIRA for that

    Hope this helps !
