Where are the release notes for 2307?

I have noticed this for the last few releases - my application updated around 2 weeks ago to 2307 yet there is still no published release notes. 

 

Why is there such a delay between releasing an update and then releasing the associated release notes. 

 

As you can see it is status TBD

Can someone at MS respond to this?

    The release notes are always behind by a few weeks. It usually is published some time around the end of the month, while the release itself can become available in the beginning or the middle of the month, depending on your region. This is normal and has always been like that.
