Flow stuck _after_ approval

I have an approval flow that sometimes is stuck after the approval - the outcome was successfull and I see that the value is correct ("Approve")
 
And clicking the spinning For Each approval shows that it is approved but doesn't move on:
 
Any idea on how I can push it through?

    Would need to see the full flow. In this case its something further down than the A2E. So need to see everything below that.
