when I start the flow a few times I get this error. It's about two weeks that this happens.The menu that opens to the right where I should then click to start the flow remains empty and wrapped writes "there was an error".

Could you provide screenshots for your Flow configuration and error details?
I wonder if this issue will be due to a problem with the configuration.
Please provide more details and we would provide a proper workaround for you.
