Dynamic Power BI in PowerApps

I am creating an app that does the following:

  1. Use a SharePoint List to contain data
  2. Contains a Gallery that shows a tile for each item in the list
  3. When a user clicks on the icon/tile for the item it goes to a detail page based on a parameter

Does anybody know if it is possible to point a Power BI tile based on a value in the PowerApp or in the SharePoint List data?  I have not been able to figure out a way to do it.

    This is possible under controls/PowerBi. The tile needs to be in a Power Bi dashboard as opposed to a workbook.
