ポケットWifiで Cisco VPN接続して
power Automate desktopを実行すると下記のようなエラーがでます。

改善策はございますでしょうか。

下記のエラーメッセージを見るとネットワーク・認証周りでエラーが発生しているように見受けられます。
VPN接続先の環境でPower Automate for desktopへのアクセスが許可されているか、管理者の方に確認されてはいかがでしょうか。
