Plug icon instead of the Action icon?

Hi everyone, a couple of weeks ago, I had setup a flow that sends emails to me and someone else whenever someone responds and submits a MSForm.

I return back to this flow to find the "Send Email" action that I had setup to be turned to this icon (as shown in the image). Can anyone tell me what is happening here? Why did the send an eamil action turn like that>

How is this not more easily researched? Google foo fails me here. Microsoft needs to document this better.

It's not a "browser problem". It's not a "problem" at all. It's just something which is happening and which we don't understand.

Really wish I new what that plug icon meant! For google search visibility, here's some related keywords:

hi @Anonymous could be a browser problem, and temporary could you try?
