I have a custom AI Builder model to extract data from PDFs
We have two users who have editing access to this model
Both users have a Power Automate per User license with T1 AI Builder credits
Issue:
When attempting to tag collection documents, one user has no issues with tagging, but the other consistently gets these errors:
This error pops up before attempting to tag any fields on the first available document when clicking "Save and close" or trying to navigate between documents.
The only difference between users is the working editor uses a mac and the editor with issues in on Windows.
Tried Resolutions:
- Ensure working editor completely out of model before broken attempts
- Log out/in ('have you tried turning if off and on again?' - yup)
Based on support help - it appears AI Models shared with other users cannot be edited by those users after being published. Hopefully this gets patched in the future.
