Hello everyone,
I am trying to automate an annoying task, who is, to backup all content in users Onedrive Business accounts, to an Onedrive Business account (know has the backup account).
In order to do this, I was adding that backup account, Site Collection Administrators permissions (Sharepoint Admin User profiles), by adding that account to those of users. I've searched, if there was a way to automate this, but didn't found any btw.
After this, I was trying to create a flow to copy all content from that user account to a new folder, dedicated for that content, on Onedrive Business backup account.
From Power Automate templates, there is one "Copy files from one OneDrive for Business account or folder to another" but it asks for both source and destination account connectors, and with the right URL, under that backup account, I can see all the content on source account, but using that template, I can only browse the destination account.
So I would like to know from the community if there are here ppl that had the same situation and what have they done, or what ideas do you suggest. I only have Power Automate Free, but I can start a trial if needed.
