Here is the situation:
We have about 20 different support groups happening in our agency in any given week and I’d like to send a reminder email to folks who register for one of those groups.
For example I have 346 people who have sent me their email address to register for the PSG group.
I create an Outlook Contact card for each person and then I add them to a Contact List. Let's call it "PSG Contact List".
I send a reminder to myself using Power Automate 2 hours before each meeting to forward the reminder to my Contact List (346 people). Sometimes I can't send the reminder (OR sometimes I forget) 🙂
Is there a way for me to use a Power App or Power Automate to send the email reminder to the Contact List “PSG Contact List” rather than cut and paste everyone's email address into the "TO: field" ... ‘vvvvv@email.com, mmm@email.com, etc etc etc for 346 people’??
Thank you for any help or support you can offer ... or perhaps a different way to send the reminder!
We are a small non-profit agency with no email responder software like MailChimp or Aweber or anything like that!
