Power Automate Approval Flow Issue

Hi,
 
I have set up an approval flow with options which go to a external email address.  
 
But for some reason when they are approving they are getting a pop up  - 
 
 
 
Confirm Action
Do you want to confirm your option and send this response back to the sender?
 
 
 
This is then causing problems as it's now not recording the email address of who approved the request that has been submitted.  This flow has previously been setup without any issues but all of a sudden this has changed.
 
Is there any way of removing this.

    The difficulty may be with the external user's email client,
    Was it ever working for this client?
    The email client being used can prohibit the expected handling of approvals.
