Multi stage approval - update forms at each stage

Hi all

I am new to MS forms and Power Automate and I am trying to recreate a workflow that we have on our alternative platform.

I have a form that I want questions 1 to 5 to be completed by the user,  I would then want this to go to a manager to approve but at the same time answer questions 6-10 and then be sent to the final team for a secondary approval.  Is this possible?

I have managed to create the form,  created a sharepoint list for the data to be stored and managed to create the two approval stages but I can not find a way for the first approver to do anything other than approve or reject.

does anyone know firstly if what I am wanting to do is possible and if so any advice would be appreciated.

many thanks in advance

Andrew

    Hi @andrewhoddie ,

It sounds like you want 3 forms.

Put question 1-5 in your first form. Then when this is submitted send the url for the second form to the second person and so on.

    Hi

thanks for the response,  I probably didn’t explain it very well as I would need the person answering questions 6-10 to be able to see the answers to questions 1-5.  I think I might be better using PowerApps for this circumstance

    thanks again
