Rename file help

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and am trying to extract data using the "Extract tables from PDF" action. The table contains a client name and contact number, and I want to rename the pdf file with the extracted client name and contact number. However, I'm stuck because I'm not sure how to access the data from the "Extract tables from PDF" action, as it appears as a datatable. Could anyone guide me on how to retrieve this data?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @VishnuReddy1997,  Thank you so much for your response. In my case, the file name should follow the format: clientname_paymentamount_contactno.pdf. The client name and payment amount details are extracted using the "Extract tables from PDF" action, and I'm using the "Split Text" action with a comma (",") as the delimiter in a display message. This works well for amounts between 1 and 999. However, for amounts with four digits, such as 2,567, the comma in the PDF is causing it to split into "2" and "567" separately. Could you guide me on how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!
