I found a bug where Excel columns that has dots in them is not read properly when using action read from Excel. The column values with that column header containing a dot (.) will not be part of the result. This happens everytime with all Excel files.
It was the same case when it was Softomotiv.I would suggest changing column names manually or using a VBScript to do it automatically if the column names are dynamically generated.
Okay, well. Ive been working with ProcessRobot for years, and this have never been a problem. In fact i have migrated a process to power automate desktop that worked perfectly fine in processrobot with dots in headers but now in PowerAutomate is not working anymore.
Really?I remember having the same issue with ProcessRobot as well. That's why I always removed dots ahead of developing the robot.
Yes i have never had that problem. Now i already do what you suggested in another flow that i build directly in PAD. But since this specific process was working perfectly in ProcessRobot i had to post it here.
I still think they should fix it no matter what.
Just my opinion.
Do you mean Excel column headers with dot like these?
They are showing up in the Datatable.
I am using v2.20
TyIt has been fixed with the newest release then.Just tested with the document that failed before and now it works!
