Merging multiple items into one email in a flow

I'm wondering if there is a way to merge multiple items off an Excel report into one email instead of sending multiple emails for each listing.

For example, if I have an Excel report with this:

Email of employee Manager
employee1 sample1@123.com
employee2 sample2@456.com
employee3 sample3@abc.com
employee4 sample3@abc.com
employee5 sample3@abc.com
employee6 sample3@abc.com

I can create a flow that sends six emails, with four of those emails going to the same person (sample3@abc.com).  Instead of sending six emails, I would like the flow to consolidate and send just three emails.

Email 1 to sample1@123.com

The following employees will be at the meeting:

employee1

Let us know if you have any questions.

Email 2 to sample2@456.com

The following employees will be at the meeting:

employee2

Let us know if you have any questions.

Email 3 to sample3@abc.com

The following employees will be at the meeting:

employee3
employee4
employee5
employee6

Let us know if you have any questions.

Is it possible to tweak the standard 'Manually Trigger a Flow>List Rows Present in Table>Apply to Each>Send an Email flow to accomplish this?
