    Hi,

Your flow design looks correct, so it's inserting only one Excel record within a single flow run. However, it's possible that your flow is being triggered twice for some reason.

Can you verify your flow runs to check if the same email flagging is triggering the flow more than once? I also recommend you to check if is there any copy of this same flow (maybe a test version) that is also triggered by the email flagging and includes a new record in you Excel table.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!

I have verified runs, and mostly it seems that just flagging e-mail triggers it and sometimes it's added only once. How can I check details?
I have just one flow active. Is it possible that shared excel file can be a reason?

    Hi,

I don't believe that shared Excel file can cause this issue. I saw some old threads raising similar issues, where after flagging an email, the flow would be triggered again From your flow runs (like this one), so it's more likely to be a Power Automate or Outlook issue. Some users reported that the duplicated run happens after some hours, or even in the next day: are you noticing these duplicates in the Excel file immediately, or after some time?

I'm trying to replicate the same issue from my end. I just created a new flow today and I'm flagging some emails since then. I will be back here after one or two days with the conclusions from this test.

From your end, you can easily identify if the flagging is generating duplicated flow runs by adding some columns to your run history. You can achieve it by clicking in Edit columns (highlighted in blue) and then and then in subject (highlighted in red) to include a column displaying the subject line of the flagged email (you can also do it for other properties, like from or cc):

This is how it looks like after adding the column:

Hello, thank you for your support.
I notice duplicates immediately, but you may be right in relation to hours - as I can see that sometimes it runs correctly without duplicates. I see the same issue with another flow, which is more complicated (with conditions), so I guess something is wrong on my outlook / excel side. My colleagues also see the same issue with using copies of these flows.
