I have a nested gallery inside a gallery filtered by 5 dropdowns that are dependent to each other.

So everytime a user selects a different value in one of the dropdowns, it takes quite some time for the right item to appear.

It means that there are moving dots on top of the screen.

Is it possible to make a loading spinner appear whenever there are moving dots on top of the screen when loading?

I got loading spinner to appear when a screen is loading but cannot figure out what to do on my situation mentioned above.
